About Nichole Henry

Nichole Henry is a partner at Whitener Law Firm, PA, concentrating her practice on personal injury, nursing home neglect and abuse, sexual abuse, dog bites, and slip and fall cases. Before becoming an attorney, she worked as a certified paralegal and as office manager at the firm, giving her firsthand knowledge of how cases move from intake through resolution. She was admitted to the New Mexico Bar in 2019 and the Texas Bar in 2024, and is licensed before the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Pueblo of Pojoaque Tribal Court. In 2025, she and co-counsel arbitrated eight wrongful death cases stemming from nursing home neglect for a combined award of $15,911,000, settled 27 nursing home neglect cases for $32,400,000, and resolved an assault case for $10,750,000, totaling over $59 million recovered for clients that year. Nichole is a member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
