About Jason Vigil

Jason A. Vigil is a lifelong New Mexican, born and raised in Santa Fe. He graduated from New Mexico State University with honors in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, then attended the University of New Mexico School of Law, where he served as student representative on the Faculty Appointment Committee, and graduated in 2014. He began his career on the defense side before switching to the plaintiff's bar. He has been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Attorney. His practice covers personal injury and wrongful death, with an emphasis on holding defendants accountable through litigation and, where possible, driving improvements in safety practices.
