Jeffrey Trespel

Jeffrey S. Trespel spent 15 years working in the insurance industry before attending Florida State University College of Law, graduating cum laude in 2000. He earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Buffalo (SUNY) in 1981 and completed post-graduate work in finance at Florida Atlantic University. After a period in defense work, he joined Will Ferguson & Associates in 2004 and has since represented clients with serious personal injuries and wrongful death claims, including dram-shop actions against liquor purveyors, commercial trucking crashes, and cases in which children were injured through institutional negligence. When not in court he plays music with his alt-rock band, hikes, and travels.
