Robert Ortiz

Robert M. Ortiz was born in Las Vegas, New Mexico and has built his career in complex multi-party litigation and trial work, representing victims and families affected by negligence and defective products. A former prosecutor and trial attorney for the District Attorney's office of New Mexico's Fourth Judicial District, covering Mora, San Miguel, and Guadalupe Counties, he later joined Will Ferguson & Associates and has continued to represent clients throughout northern New Mexico. He has obtained numerous multimillion-dollar jury verdicts for people who have been seriously injured or killed. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association.
