About Cesar Tavares

Cesar Tavares was born in Mexico City and immigrated to the United States as a young child, becoming the first person in his family to graduate from college. He earned an associate's degree from Utah Valley University with high honors, a B.A. from Brigham Young University cum laude, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School cum laude in 2009. He has been with Williams Hart & Boundas since 2017, focusing on personal injury, product liability, trucking litigation, and maritime and Jones Act cases. He has secured over a dozen jury verdicts exceeding $1 million, two Top 10 Verdicts in Texas in a single year, and dozens of seven- and eight-figure settlements totaling over $100 million in client recoveries.
