Sejal Brahmbhatt

Sejal K. Brahmbhatt is a partner at Williams Hart & Boundas, where she has practiced since joining the firm in 2003. With nearly 25 years of experience in personal injury and mass tort litigation, she has built a reputation for representing individuals harmed by pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Born in London and raised in the United States from age nine, she brings a cross-cultural perspective to her practice. She served on the trial team that secured $38 million and $15 million verdicts for children affected by in utero Depakote exposure and managed the firm's entire Depakote docket.

Most recently, she represented a woman sexually assaulted by an Uber driver in the Uber/Lyft MDL in the Western District of North Carolina, marking the second trial in that MDL. She is a frequent speaker at national legal conferences including the American Association for Justice and Mass Torts Made Perfect. She is licensed in Texas, Pennsylvania, and Missouri.
