About Eloy Gaitan

Eloy Gaitan joined Williams Hart & Boundas in 2007 and has been practicing law since 1994. He focuses on personal injury and workers' compensation cases and is one of a select number of attorneys board certified in Workers' Compensation Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (2004). He graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Political Science in 1982 and earned his J.D. from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 1993. His motivation to practice personal injury law comes from personal experience, as his father was seriously injured in a work-related incident, leaving the family without its sole provider for a substantial period. He is licensed in Texas and represents claimants in hearings before the Texas Workers' Compensation Division and arbitrations before Federal Mediators.
