About Joe Melugin

Joe Melugin brings extensive experience in personal injury law to Williams Hart & Boundas, focusing on catastrophic injuries, product defects, oilfield injuries, maritime injuries, and wrongful death. He is particularly passionate about representing injured workers and standing up to large corporations. He earned a B.S. in Logistics and Transportation from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2007, where he won the John Black First-Year Moot Court Competition and received the Judge Shearn Smith Scholarship. He has been named to Texas Super Lawyers since 2020 and to Super Lawyers Rising Stars from 2014 to 2018.
