About Major Pirtle

Major Pirtle was born and raised in Houston in a family of trial lawyers. He earned his B.A. in Political Science summa cum laude from the University of Houston and his J.D. magna cum laude from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2025, where he won the American Association of Justice National Mock Trial Competition -- the first time South Texas College of Law won that award in 20 years. He was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. Prior to joining Abraham Watkins, Major worked for several prominent personal injury firms. He focuses on workplace injuries, refinery explosions, wrongful death, electrocutions, shootings, and trucking cases.
