C. Russell Canestraro

Russ Canestraro is a Partner with Agee Clymer concentrating his practice in Workers' Compensation and litigation, as well as disability benefits for members of the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS), School Employees Retirement System of Ohio (SERS), and State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio (STRS). He coordinates the firm's Jackson branch office and holds weekly hours there. A native of Urbana, Ohio, Russ graduated from Urbana High School in 1984 and received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in 1988.

He completed law school in 1991 at Ohio Northern University. Outside the office, Russ enjoys the outdoors and time at his log cabin in southern Ohio. He and his wife Monica, his high school sweetheart, have five children, two of whom are adopted.
