Sharon Cason-Adams

Sharon Cason-Adams is an Associate Attorney at Agee Clymer with more than twenty years of experience advocating for employees. She has handled complex employment cases against some of the largest employers in Ohio. Her practice covers the full range of employment matters, including civil rights, discrimination, harassment, FMLA violations, wrongful discharge, whistleblower retaliation, non-compete disputes, and wage and hour claims. She has experience in State and Federal Courts, Courts of Appeal, and Administrative Agencies including the OCRC, EEOC, NLRB, OSHA, ODJFS, SERB, as well as mediation and arbitration.

Her background in Human Resources gives her a distinct perspective when analyzing employment matters. Sharon grew up in Springfield, Ohio, and after enlisting in the Ohio Air National Guard moved to Columbus, where she and her husband have raised two sons. She holds a bachelor's degree from Franklin University and a J.D. from Capital University Law School.
