Mark Heinzerling

Mark Heinzerling is a Partner with Agee Clymer in the Columbus office. In addition to Workers' Compensation, his practice focuses on assisting members with Ohio Police and Fire Pension Fund (OP&F) disability benefits. Mark has represented injured workers throughout his entire career, starting as a law clerk for Dean Reinhard while in law school.

He has represented clients from all walks of life, with a particular emphasis on first responders. He has handled Workers' Compensation cases at all levels, including the Industrial Commission, Courts of Common Pleas, Appellate Courts, and the Ohio Supreme Court. Mark received his B.A. from Ohio University and his J.D. from Capital University Law School.
