Phillip Risley

Phillip L. Risley is an attorney at Ankin Law with more than 15 years of experience in personal injury litigation, regulatory affairs, and settlement negotiations in Illinois. The grandson of a steel worker and a farmer, he was inspired to study law during junior high mock trial competitions. After law school he worked at a small personal injury firm and later operated his own personal injury practice (Risley Law Firm), recovering millions of dollars in settlements and jury verdicts before joining Ankin Law. He has tried over 60 jury trials as first-chair co-counsel.
