Lindsey Weathersby

Lindsey Weathersby is a personal injury attorney at Armstrong Lee & Baker LLP in Houston, where she represents plaintiffs in complex injury cases including commercial motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, natural gas explosions, and medical malpractice. She brings a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate difficult times in their lives.

Lindsey earned her Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security from the University of Mississippi and her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law in 2022. During law school she was a Dean's List honoree and an active member of Phi Delta Phi Honor Society, the Business Law Society, and the Women in Law Society.

Before joining Armstrong Lee & Baker, Lindsey practiced at a prominent personal injury law firm where she helped secure millions of dollars in compensation for her clients, and later at Bergquist Law Firm, a statewide litigation firm. She is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
