Amir Khalioun

Amir Khalioun is a Junior Partner at BD&J, specializing in personal injury and Traumatic Brain Injury cases. Mr. Khalioun has an extensive background handling auto accident, motorcycle accident, and premise liability cases. Prior to joining BD&J, Amir began his career at a multifaceted personal injury firm where he managed and handled personal injury cases in all phases from pre-litigation to litigation. Amir’s ability to zealously fight for his clients and obtain significant results stems from his various experiences, which he employs for his clients.

Mr. Khalioun has represented many plaintiffs and has recovered various large settlements on behalf of his clients. He has handled hundreds of cases including wrongful deaths, traumatic brain injuries, slip and falls, premises liability, and automobile accidents. He prides himself on his commitment to his work and compassion for his clients.

Amir is admitted to the California Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He received his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles (LMU), and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). Education Loyola Law
