Ellin Mardirosian

Ellin Mardirosian is a Junior Partner with BD&J. She focuses her practice on representing plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury, traumatic brain injury, and wrongful death cases. She has won more than $250 million for her clients. Prior to joining BD&J, Ms. Mardirosian was an associate attorney at a law firm specializing in catastrophic and wrongful death cases. She then joined a boutique law firm as the managing attorney of the personal injury department.

Ms. Mardirosian served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jennifer P. Togliatti of the Eighth Judicial District Court where she assisted with preparing for a mixed docket of criminal and civil cases. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Cam Ferenbach, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of Nevada. Ms. Mardirosian is licensed to practice law throughout California and Nevada.

She received her law degree, with pro bono honors, from William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. She graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology with a Master of Arts degree and graduated cum laude from California State University of Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts degree. In her spare time, Ms. Mardirosian enjoys spending time with her family and friends and volunteering.
