Demet Basar joined Beasley Allen in 2020 with more than 30 years of experience handling complex class action lawsuits. She focuses on high-stakes litigation involving unfair and deceptive business practices, false advertising, and defective products. Demet played a key role in the successful prosecution and settlement of the Denso defective fuel pump litigations, including as co-class counsel in the Toyota-Denso case, in which she achieved a $287 million settlement.
