Kristian Krober

Kristian Krober is an Associate Attorney at Block O'Toole & Murphy in New York City, where he represents victims of serious personal injury and wrongful death. A native New Yorker, he brings significant trial experience from his time as a prosecutor.

Kristian served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office from 2015 to 2019, where he prosecuted hundreds of cases, including violent felonies. He has since transitioned to plaintiffs' personal injury work and has secured numerous high-value results, including a $2,300,000 settlement for the family of a cyclist killed by a box truck, a $2,225,000 settlement for a driver injured by a tractor trailer, an $1,850,000 settlement for a slip-and-fall victim who required multiple surgeries, and a $1,750,000 settlement for a minivan door-strike victim.

Kristian earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2015, where he served as Executive Articles Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History cum laude from Fordham University in 2011, where he was named to the Dean's List from 2008 to 2011. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Personal Injury - Plaintiff from 2021 to the present and named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40.
