Catherine O'Sullivan

Catherine O'Sullivan is an associate attorney at Block O'Toole & Murphy in New York City, where she represents victims of serious personal injury and wrongful death.

Catherine joined Block O'Toole & Murphy in January 2026 after clerking for the Colorado Supreme Court. Before her clerkship, she gained experience in appellate litigation, asbestos cases, and veterans advocacy.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2024, where her student case comment, "NY State Rifle & Pistol Ass'n v. Bruen: The Supreme Court's Insensitivity to Sensitive Places," was selected for publication in the Denver Law Review (Vol. 101, p. 215). She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Boston College, with a major in Philosophy and a minor in Management and Leadership. Catherine is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Colorado.
