Pawel P. Pawel's results include a $10 million settlement in 2024 for an asbestos abatement worker injured when a wall collapsed at a Manhattan construction site, the second-highest construction accident settlement in New York State that year, a $9.75 million settlement in 2023 for a Polish-American carpenter who fell from a baker scaffold, and an $8.75 million settlement in 2022 for an undocumented Polish immigrant injured in a ladder fall. He has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star every year from 2021 through 2025, a National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in 2020, 2021, and 2026, and a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America in 2026.
