Aaron Fishkin

Aaron Fishkin is an associate attorney at Block O'Toole & Murphy in New York City, where he represents victims of serious personal injury and wrongful death. In less than five years at the firm, he has generated over $50 million in client resolutions.

Before joining Block O'Toole & Murphy, Aaron served as a Senior Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney's Office, where he prosecuted hundreds of cases and developed substantial trial experience.

He earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from SUNY Buffalo Law School in 2015, where he served as student commencement speaker. He earned his Bachelor's degree cum laude from SUNY Oneonta in 2012, with a major in Business Economics and a minor in Business Communications, and was named to the SUNY Athletic Conference All-Academic Team. Aaron is admitted to practice in New York and in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
