About Olga Baginski

Olga Baginski is an Associate at Block O'Toole & Murphy, where she represents clients in personal injury matters. She joined the firm in August 2021 after several years of paralegal work in New York and earlier court experience in Belarus, where she first recognized her passion for helping people who need a strong advocate.

Olga earned her first law degree from Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno School of Law in Belarus in 2011, graduating in the top 15 percent of her class. She later earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Fordham University School of Law in 2019 and is admitted to practice in New York. She is fluent in English, Polish, and Russian.

Olga has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2025 and named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Attorneys list in 2026.
