Christopher Soverow

Christopher Soverow is an associate attorney with Block O'Toole & Murphy in New York City, representing clients in personal injury litigation. Originally from Virginia, Mr. Soverow has built a career spanning more than fifteen years that includes substantial experience not only in personal injury but also in constitutional law, insurance coverage, land use, mortgage foreclosure, commercial litigation, and general torts.

Mr. Soverow earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a minor in Spanish from the University of Virginia in 2003 and his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2008. While in law school he focused on public interest work, advocating for workers' rights and indigenous peoples, was an Edward V. Sparer Fellow, served on the Moot Court Honor Society for Appellate Advocacy, and earned two Public Service Awards.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Mr. Soverow is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Appellate practice (2020) and listed in Best Lawyers in America for Personal Injury, New York Area (2023-2024).
