Bianca Pagani

Bianca N. Pagani, Esq. is a Personal Injury Attorney at Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney At Law, who brings a compassionate and nurturing approach to client care — and to the negotiation table, where she uses it to her clients' advantage. She has successfully won settlements for clients, including cases where insurance companies initially denied claims.

During law school, Pagani was an active member of the Moot Court and Mock Trial clubs, was declared a top oral advocate in her law school's Moot Court competition, and was selected to compete in a first-year statewide competition.

She earned her J.D. from Western Michigan University - Thomas M. Cooley Law School, an M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University, and a B.A. in Social Science from Dominican College. She is admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars and is fluent in Spanish.
