Eric Plantier

Eric J. Plantier, Esq. is a Trial Attorney at Brandon J. Broderick, Personal Injury Attorney At Law, in the New York City and northern New Jersey area. He specializes in personal injury, premises liability, workers' compensation, contract law, and professional malpractice, with substantial experience trying motor vehicle, slip-and-fall, and construction and workplace accident cases.

Plantier began his legal career on the defense side at several firms, focusing on personal injury protection litigation; he rapidly became the primary attorney for claims involving severe injuries and wrongful death. Plantier and his colleague Austin F. Qi have represented a New Jersey plaintiff who was dragged by her hair from a vehicle for approximately 900 feet — a matter covered by the New Jersey Law Journal in 2025.

He earned his B.A. in Biopsychology and Cognitive Studies from the University of Michigan in 2001 and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is a member of the Essex County Bar Association.
