About Jason Richman

Jason A. Richman, Esq. is a New York civil trial and appellate attorney at Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney At Law, with more than 25 years of experience litigating personal injury cases. He focuses on construction site injuries, motor vehicle collisions, product liability, and medical malpractice. Over his career he has tried dozens of cases to verdict, prosecuted numerous appeals through New York's appellate departments, and recovered substantial compensation for his clients.

Richman has practiced for firms with offices across New York — New York City, Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse — and is involved in his clients' cases from investigation through trial and any appeals. He has authored articles on construction site injury litigation, including New York Law Journal pieces on New York Labor Law §240(1) and scaffold-law protections, and has served as a CLE presenter for the New York State Bar Association on construction site accident litigation and expert witness handling.

Richman earned his B.S. from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law. He is admitted to all New York state courts and to the federal District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of New York.
