About Greg Shaffer

Greg D. Shaffer, Esq. is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney at Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney At Law, and one of the firm's most experienced attorneys. He specializes in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and toxic tort cases including lead poisoning, workplace chemicals, railroad injury, and asbestos exposure.

Shaffer is one of only a small handful of lawyers certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. A former investigator, he ascertains and identifies the pertinent facts necessary to prove complex cases, and has successfully argued many trials and appellate matters on factually complicated and highly contested legal issues on behalf of hundreds of injured clients and their families. He has Multi-District Litigation experience and received the 2004 Public Justice Achievement Award for his work assisting 9/11 victims through Trial Lawyers Care.

Shaffer earned his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law and his Bachelor of Science from Boston University. He is admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars at both state and federal levels.
