About Brian Lehrer

Brian Lehrer, Esq. is a New Jersey civil trial attorney at Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney At Law, with more than 30 years of experience litigating personal injury, insurance coverage, and employment matters. He has tried more than 100 cases to verdict before judges and juries in personal injury claims, commercial disputes, and insurance coverage actions.

Lehrer has been Chairman of the Board of New Jersey Lawyer magazine since 2010, served as Past President of the New Jersey Bar Association Insurance Law Section, and serves as Newsletter Chairman of the same section. He has written numerous articles for New Jersey Lawyer magazine and other publications on landlord-tenant law, insurance coverage, and employment discrimination.

Lehrer earned his B.S. from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and his J.D. cum laude from Indiana University School of Law. He is admitted in the state and federal courts of New Jersey.
