Jenny Maynard

Jennifer "Jenny" Maynard is a personal injury and workers' compensation attorney focusing on motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and workplace injuries. She grew up in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and earned her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, double-majoring in American History and Political Science with a minor in Spanish. She developed her interest in personal injury law early, shadowing doctors in high school and spending summers before law school reviewing clients' medical records at a personal injury firm. After graduating from UNC in 2017, she worked at a personal injury firm for a year before attending Wake Forest University School of Law, where she was a published staff member on the Wake Forest Journal of Law and Policy. She earned her J.D. in 2021 and is admitted to practice in North Carolina, South Carolina, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
