Cliff Marcek

Cliff W. Marcek is a Las Vegas native who has spent his career representing personal injury clients throughout Nevada. He was born in Las Vegas in 1960, earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1986, and went on to attend the University of the Pacific, McGeorge College of Law. After passing the California Bar, Cliff spent three years in insurance defense before returning to Las Vegas in 1994 and passing the Nevada State Bar.

In 1997, he established his own personal injury practice, then joined Carter Cullen in January 2023. Over his career, Cliff has tried more than 35 jury trials to verdict, more than 50 bench trials to decision, and has argued appeals before the Nevada Supreme Court, the Nevada Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is Board Certified as a Personal Injury Specialist by the State Bar of Nevada and holds recognition from the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and Super Lawyers.
