Javier Arguello

Javier A. Arguello leads Carter Cullen's workers' compensation department, representing injured workers throughout Nevada. He immigrated to the United States from Ecuador at age three and was drawn to workers' compensation law after witnessing his mother's struggle following a work-related injury. Javier earned his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University. Before joining the plaintiff side, he gained broad experience representing industries including construction, municipalities, retail, hospitality, transportation, and healthcare on behalf of insurers and employers.

That background gives him direct insight into how insurance companies evaluate and manage claims. He joined Carter Cullen in 2006. He is admitted in Nevada and California and is a member of the Clark County Bar Association and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
