Margaret Lewis

Margaret "Mollie" Lewis is a Las Vegas personal injury attorney who joined Carter Cullen after beginning her career there as a law clerk. She was raised in a small town in upstate South Carolina and moved to Las Vegas in 2017. Mollie earned her Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2021, then attended the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV. During law school, she served as vice president of the Environmental Law Society and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Pretrial Litigation.

She graduated cum laude in 2025. As a law clerk, she worked across all stages of litigation from discovery through trial preparation. Now as an attorney, she focuses on personal injury and negligence-based injury claims under the mentorship of the firm's experienced trial lawyers.
