John Bertoldo

John L. Bertoldo has devoted more than four decades to representing injury victims against insurance companies in Las Vegas and throughout Nevada. He earned a joint Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University and began practicing law in 1985. John has been a partner at Carter Cullen since 1992 and has served as managing partner for more than three decades.

He is known for his work on high-stakes cases involving severe trauma, brain injury, and wrongful death, and for the personal relationships he builds with clients that often extend well beyond their case. John holds an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, has been selected for inclusion in the Mountain States Super Lawyers list, and received a Lifetime Achievement Award from America's Top 100 Attorneys. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Nevada Justice Association, and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
