About Nathan Kratzert

Nathan Kratzert is the Managing Attorney at CEO Lawyer Personal Injury Law Firm in Georgia.

Kratzert began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney, prosecuting cases in Georgia Superior Courts. He gained experience working with at-risk youth and individuals facing addiction through juvenile and accountability court systems, and developed appellate expertise with multiple successful appeals.

He earned his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from Miami University (Ohio).

He is admitted to all Georgia State, Superior, Appellate and Supreme Courts, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA) and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2020-2023), an Outstanding Young Lawyer (2020, Atlanta Magazine), and Litigator of the Year by the American Institute of Trial Lawyers (2022).
