Micah Echols

Micah Echols is a Partner and Appellate Lawyer at Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers, heading the firm's appellate division. He has handled over 300 civil appellate matters in state and federal courts, representing injured plaintiffs, businesses, and government entities.

Echols earned his Juris Doctor from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2003 and his Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Brigham Young University in 1999. He is admitted to the State Bar of Nevada and licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Echols has argued before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. His honors include AV Preeminent (Martindale-Hubbell), Mountain States Super Lawyers (2014-2024), VEGAS, INC. Top Lawyer (2020-2021), and Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Nevada Justice Association (2022). He is fluent in Spanish.
