David Creasy

David Creasy is a Partner and Trial Lawyer at Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers, with over 27 years of experience.

Creasy earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1997 and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Brigham Young University in 1994. He is admitted to the Utah State Bar (1997), the State Bar of Nevada (1999), the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah (1997), and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada (1999).

Creasy has secured significant medical malpractice verdicts including $48,630,000 against a local hospital in January 2019 and $2,875,000 against a local doctor and urgent care in January 2018. He was also counsel of record in Lindblom v. Prime Hospitality Corp. (Nevada Supreme Court, 2004).
