Josh Dowling

Josh Dowling is a Partner and Trial Lawyer at Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers, focused on catastrophic injury cases.

Dowling earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2012 and his Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is admitted to the State Bar of Nevada and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.

Dowling has practiced in Nevada since 2013, beginning his career in insurance defense before transitioning to plaintiff representation in 2015. He joined Claggett & Sykes as partner in 2020. He is a graduate of the Trial Lawyers College (Gerry Spence program) and has been recognized as a Mountain States Rising Star by Super Lawyers (2020-2024) and a Nevada Justice Association Rising Star (2023).
