Chelsea Harris

Chelsea Harris is a shareholder at Coker Law in Jacksonville, Florida, with nearly 20 years of litigation experience and more than 50 cases tried to verdict. Board Certified in Civil Trial Law since 2022, she focuses on personal injury, bodily injury, automobile accidents, and premises liability cases.

Harris earned her J.D. cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2006 and her B.A. in Psychology with a Spanish minor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2003, where she was inducted into Sigma Delta Pi. In law school, she won the Robert Orseck Moot Court Competition and ranked 24th best team in the International Jessup Moot Court Competition (11th best oralist).

Before joining Coker Law, Harris served as an assistant state attorney for the 4th Judicial Circuit in Duval County and later as managing shareholder at Kubicki Draper, a defense firm representing major insurance companies. She is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), the International Society of Barristers, and the Chester Bedell Inn of Courts.
