About Suzanne Fink

Suzanne T. Fink brings decades of courtroom experience and disciplined trial strategy to cases involving institutional neglect and failures in care, especially in the eldercare setting. Suzanne is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice focuses on advocating for individuals who have been mistreated or neglected in care facilities. Her work is informed by a deep understanding of both sides of the courtroom, having begun her legal career representing defendants, including insurance companies, hospitals, and physicians. Suzanne graduated magna cum laude from Auburn University and earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law.

While at Emory, she was a member of the moot court team, where she developed the oral advocacy and legal writing skills that continue to define her courtroom approach. After law school, Suzanne practiced on the defense side of complex litigation, representing insurers and healthcare providers. She also helped develop the trial department for State Farm Insurance Companies in Atlanta, where she mentored younger lawyers.

Over the course of her career, Suzanne has become a tenacious advocate for vulnerable clients, particularly those harmed through neglect or substandard care in institutional settings. She serves as a Blue and Gold Officer for the United States Naval Academy, advising and mentoring prospective midshipmen throughout the admissions process. She also enjoys running, reading, and traveling with her six grandchildren.
