Jorge Tuckler

Jorge Tuckler is a personal injury attorney with twenty-nine years of experience who has been with Davis Law Firm since 2019. Born and raised in Managua, Nicaragua, he spent most of his career defending insurance companies before transitioning to representing accident victims. Earlier in his career he worked at a bilingual immigration law firm in St. Paul, Minnesota, assisting undocumented immigrants in federal court. Jorge has substantial trial experience including 21 first-chair jury trials and 15 second-chair jury trials, as well as a six-month commercial litigation trial.

His criminal experience includes an acquittal in a first-degree felony murder case. He has handled motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, oil and gas field accidents, commercial vehicle accidents, construction defect, and nonsubscriber arbitrations. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
