Matthew D. Rocheleau

Matthew D. Rocheleau is a trusted trial attorney who brings more than 25 years of experience to our team at Decof, Mega & Quinn, P.C.. He focuses his practice on representing victims with complex and consequential claims involving medical malpractice and serious personal injury. A graduate of the University of Vermont and Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Matthew began his legal career working at a general practice in Massachusetts, where he handled matters of personal injury, family law, and criminal law. He subsequently worked in the areas of medical malpractice, insurance defense, and insurance coverage issues, and amassed considerable experience in other complex corporate, injury, and government litigation. Over the course of his career, he has had the opportunity to take conduct jury trials and arbitrations, presented appellate arguments and has cultivated a reputation for his versatility and legal acumen.

Having worked with countless clients who relied on his services amid life-altering experiences, he has honed his approach to providing personalized representation, as well as his ability to help clients prevail even in the most challenging circumstances. Matthew grew up in Essex, Vermont, where he ran cross country and track in high school, was active with Boy Scouts (achieving the rank of Eagle Scout), and, like most native Vermonters, enjoyed skiing during the winter. Outside of the courtroom, he enjoys spending time with his family and two miniature schnauzers, exercising in the morning, cooking, and watching historical documentaries.
