About Michael Stevenson

Michael J. Stevenson is an experienced lawyer with a focus on personal injury cases. He is known for his strong advocacy on behalf of his clients, always fighting for the best possible results in their situations. One notable case that Mike successfully resolved was a difficult and hotly contested product liability case against a stand-up forklift manufacturer. In this case, a worker had lost his left leg below the knee, and Stevenson prosecuted the case on a theory of defective design.

The case involved a voluminous amount of discovery, many discovery motions, and difficult depositions. Through his hard work and dedication, Mike learned at an early stage in his career the importance and value of meticulous case preparation and zealous representation of a client. Mike is passionate about the practice of law, which he considers an honorable profession that is intellectually stimulating and fulfilling. He has encountered new and different challenges every year, which continue to reward him both personally and professionally.
