About Bryce Ashby

Bryce Ashby focuses his Memphis practice on employment law and wage and hour issues, with additional experience in consumer law, workers' compensation, personal injury, and immigration matters. Before joining Donati Law, he clerked for the Honorable Judge Bernice B. Donald and served as a Peace Corps volunteer. A fluent Spanish speaker, he has worked extensively with members of the Latino community on immigration issues. He also taught legal writing as an adjunct professor at the University of Memphis School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of The University of Memphis Law Review.

He earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Rhodes College and his J.D. from the University of Memphis. He is licensed in Tennessee, the Tennessee Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. He has been included in the Super Lawyers list.
