Robert Donati

Robert Donati focuses on employment law and Social Security disability matters at Donati Law, PLLC. Well-versed in the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act, he assists clients who have experienced disabilities or debilitating conditions in accessing the legal protections and benefits available to them. He also handles appeals in federal district court when SSD petitions have been denied and files claims for long-term disability benefits under ERISA.

He is a Board Certified Specialist in Social Security disability by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has been included in the Super Lawyers list.
