Larry Q. Phan

Larry Q. Phan joined our firm in 2009 as a law clerk and has assisted the firm's partners in litigating over 100 cases, helping multiple victims obtain seven-figure results. His parents are first-generation Vietnamese Americans who immigrated to the United States to escape persecution during the Vietnam War. He is bilingual in English and Vietnamese and takes special pride in helping victims, including those in the underrepresented Vietnamese and Asian communities, who have been injured by the negligent acts of others. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2012 and currently works as an attorney directly with Roger Dreyer and Christopher Wood representing injured victims.
