About Christopher Spinelli

Christopher L. Spinelli joined Emroch & Kilduff in 2013 after a decade practicing with a large plaintiffs firm in Hampton Roads. He has advocated for injured clients for more than fifteen years in federal courts, appeals courts, circuit courts, district courts, and disability and workers' compensation hearings across Virginia. He has tried numerous cases to favorable verdict and has resolved many medical malpractice and wrongful death cases with settlements exceeding one million dollars.

Born and raised in Richmond, Mr. Spinelli graduated from Midlothian High School and earned his undergraduate degree with honors from the College of William and Mary. After several years of teaching, he attended the University of Virginia School of Law, where he edited the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology, clerked for the 16th Judicial Circuit of Virginia, and earned an early practice certificate. He is licensed in Virginia and North Carolina and is active with the Richmond Bar Association and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
