About Philip Marstiller

Philip S. Marstiller, Jr. has been with Emroch & Kilduff since 2003. His practice covers automobile accidents, medical malpractice, personal injury, premises liability, and products liability. He has been selected to Virginia Super Lawyers from 2013 through 2025. Mr. Marstiller earned his J.D. from the University of Richmond's T.C.

Williams School of Law in 1999 and his B.A. from Duke University in 1992. He is admitted to practice in Virginia and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and both the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia. He is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Bar Association of the City of Richmond, and the Federal Bar Association. Mr. Marstiller is also active in community and charitable work throughout the Richmond area.
