About Richard Hardy

Richard was born and raised in Paradise, California, and attended Brigham Young University, where he earned his undergraduate degree in 1996. After taking a two-year leave from his studies to serve as a missionary in South America, he became fluent in Spanish. Richard began law school at Texas Tech University in 1996, and the following year began working at the firm as a law clerk. He has since risen to senior partner.

Over the decades, Richard has successfully handled hundreds of injury and death claims, including trucking, oilfield, abuse, and product liability cases. He has been lead trial counsel in numerous matters and has helped recover hundreds of millions of dollars through both settlements and verdicts on behalf of individuals and families. Licensed in Texas and New Mexico.
