About Theodore Baker

Ted Baker is a seasoned trial attorney whose practice has focused on matters involving the Division of Child Protection and Permanency, adoptions, and criminal defense. He is a solo practitioner in South Jersey. Ted has represented many individuals in litigation pertaining to abuse and neglect of minors, termination of parental rights, and a wide array of criminal matters including homicide and municipal offenses. He earned his undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph's University and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, and is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Vermont, and before the Supreme Court of the United States.
