About Jacob Stoeltzing

Jacob Stoeltzing earned a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Brigham Young University. He was selected to receive McGeorge School of Law's full-tuition Kennedey Scholarship and graduated from McGeorge with distinction. During law school he worked at the McGeorge Community Legal Service Center, competed on the Moot Court Honors Board, and interned two summers with Frank Penney Injury Lawyers.

After admission to the bar in 2022, Jacob began his career representing employees of the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation in civil rights litigation. He then served as a Deputy District Attorney for Sutter County for two years, where he was lead attorney in four jury trials and argued more than 100 disputed hearings. Jacob joined Frank Penney Injury Lawyers to represent injured individuals in personal injury matters.
